Return policy:
Item must be returned within, Ten days of receipt.
Return Policy Details:
A buyer, wishing to return an item, should notify us by e-mail, stating their reason for wanting to return goods. Normally we will only refund postage costs if the item is not as described or is faulty. If we agree, to a return of goods, then the following will apply.
a) Returned goods must be in the same condition as sent.
b) All postage, packaging and handling charges to be met by the buyer, unless the reason is due to faulty or misrepresentation of goods, or we agree otherwise.
Please Note: Unless faulty or miss-represented, they are some items we cannot accept returns on e.g. ; Earrings, Computer or games software, DVD, Music CD's that have been opened.
None of the above affects your statutory rights.

All used - secondhand items are identified as such, but if you are sold a miss represented article , then there will be no quibble regarding you , returning the purchased item.
We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post, we always get a proof of postage.
However we will consider any requests for assistance.

Delivery charges for defective items:
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges.
